TEMPRO is a software service developed by Toshiba. Once installed it will advise you on how to fine-tune the performance of your laptop. You can disable or uninstall the service at anytime.
We are constantly improving the service and adding new features, so suggest that you always upgrade to the latest version to get the best performance.
The current release is version 2.0 and includes the following features:
disk space and memory monitoring
software update alerts delivered to your TEMPRO inbox on your own laptop
important service messages relevant to your laptop
warranty status update of your laptop
correct your serial number and model number to ensure you are getting the most up-to-date alerts
If you are using TEMPRO version 1.0 or 1.1 then you may see a quicker boot up time if you upgrade to this version
