QSN Controller
Centralised network level control
Organisations need network-wide visibility and control that allows quantum-safe infrastructure to be managed alongside established network operations. Toshiba QSN Controller provides a single, centralised point to visualise, configure and control QKD systems across the network. As a dedicated Software-Defined Networking (SDN) controller, it enables high levels of automation and communication to simplify deployment, expansion and reconfiguration as requirements change.
Turn complexity into coordinated control
Standards-based interfaces support integration with classical network infrastructure, higher-level orchestration and other QKD networks. The QSN Controller brings network-level control and automation together within the wider QSN Platform, helping operators scale without fragmented management and reducing the operational complexity and risk of the quantum-safe networking transition.
Highlights
Features & Benefits
Visualise and control the whole network
Monitor individual systems or the wider network from a single control point.
Simplify deployment and change
Centralised configuration and automation help operators deploy, expand and reconfigure quantum-safe networks consistently, reducing repetitive manual processes as deployments grow.
Integrate with existing operations
Standards-based SDN interfaces, including ETSI GS QKD 015 and ETSI GS QKD 018, support integration with classical network infrastructure, higher-level orchestration and other QKD networks.
Scale without fragmented management
By bringing network-wide control into a single SDN layer, the QSN Controller helps
operators manage larger and multi-vendor quantum-safe network deployments alongside established network operations, simplifying management as the network expands.
